Introduction

In Sanskrit, ashtanga means eight-limbed (asta– eight, anga– limb). Ashtanga Yoga is an eight-limbed path towards achieving the state of Yoga, also known as Samadhi. Our Ashtanga yoga classes combine breath and movement to bring you inner peace.
