Introduction

Our Body Challenge class is non-yoga form whereby you will use no exercise equipment or props but use only your body and body-weight. In this class, the idea is to keep you sweating and torching calories to promote weight loss. A full-body exercise challenge will go a long way in toning and strengthening the majority of your muscle groups. We have also incorporated various muscle-building exercises that can help you increase muscle mass despite not using any equipment. This 1 hour challenge is very accommodating as individuals in different levels can perform it.
