Our kids yoga classes are designed to capture the imagination of children (from 4 to 12 years old). The classes are fun and enable children to express themselves in a healthy way while strengthening their bodily systems (skeletal, nervous, circulatory, digestive, respiratory, hormonal and muscular). The class will encourage cooperation and teamwork, self-confidence, respect and awareness of others, concentration, openness and calmness.
The class will teach the children the basics of yoga and the Asanas with the aim to eventually have the little humans flow with their breath with each sequence
