Introduction

Power Yoga classes are active and frenetic. There is a heavy emphasis on standing postures because moving your legs gets your heart pumping- a key component of power yoga cardio. Power Yoga is directed at creating the highest level of energy, vitality and freedom. The one way to do this is to work with yourself, not against yourself. We create an environment that respects our boundaries and an atmosphere conducive to natural expansion and growth.

Power 1 class is a gently-heated, moderately-paced class designed to give you the time and support to understand the proper alignment of each posture. Our teachers will also introduce you to the vinyasa ‘flow’, which means transitioning through postures using one breath and one movement. Power 1 is a fun and interactive class and a great place to start your Power Yoga journey.

Power 2 class is a challenging power yoga class that will empower you to move, sweat and breathe. Our Power 2 class focuses on building and engaging your entire body though a demanding, fast-paced yoga practice. Fluid’s Power 2 class strengthens, sculpts, balances, detoxifies and energises the body and the mind.
