Your Own Determination. YOD is a yoga class that combines intentional movement and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to challenge you and stretch you mentally, physically and emotionally. the programming is designed to hit every aspect of your physical fitness, while creating mindfulness and awareness of your body. YOD incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, speed, power, endurance, agility and coordination. The perfect complement to physical fitness or your yoga practice. Feel your muscles burn during the workout, feel your mind and body at peace by the end of class. The general class format comprises of a 20-minute power yoga warm up, 25 minutes high-intensity training (HIIT) and 15 minutes cool down and restoration. The class ends with Savasana so you leave our studio feeling fully rejuvenated.
